It’s Been a While…

I haven’t blogged in a long time. For a number of reasons really.

Firstly I made it feel like a chore. Like it was a job that needed to be done and simply ticked off a list. But that’s not what blogging is to me. Although, for a time, that’s what it became. I blog because I love to write, to find new ways of expressing myself and to connect with people through my writing. It is not a job, I do not get paid for it and I don’t have any deadlines I need to keep – even those ones which are self-imposed. Continue reading “It’s Been a While…”

I shouldn’t be doing this – writing a blog post, that is – I should be ramping up my floundering word count for this year’s NaNoWriMo attempt.
